Replacing your SmartFob's battery

The battery in your SmartFob is easily replaced, all you need is a new CR2032 coin cell battery and a tool to open the device.

Alternatively, follow these simple steps...
Open your SmartFob
using the tool provided, or similar object
insert into the corner opposite the key ring
gently prise apart
Replace the battery
making sure the "+" faces up
Put your SmartFob back together
align the 2 halves and click back into place
